WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY SERVICE INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING:
Inside home or office delivery of your power recliner lift chair
Products will be set up in the room of choice. The room of choice can be the main floor of entrance, 1 floor up or 1 floor down. If delivery is more than 1 floor either way, additional charges will be applied.
Complete set-up of product.
Product will be visually inspected for damages or defects.
Product will be tested to make sure it is in proper working condition.
While testing the product, you the customer will be given a basic overview on how to operate the product.
Deliverers can only provide information on the basic operation, all other questions would need to be directed to the manufacture.
Customer is advised to read the owner's manual for a better understanding of the lift chair and its full benefits.
ALL packing material and boxes will be removed from the customers home.
WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY DOES NOT INCLUDE:
Dismantling of product to fit through the hallway or stairs. The majority of the lift chairs will fit through most homes without any problems. Dimensions on all lift chairs will be provided ahead of time and it will be the customers responsibility to measure the traffic areas to make sure the chair will fit. It will not be the delivering agents responsibility to take the product apart in any way to make it fit.
Moving of any existing furniture. It is important that the customer has prepared the area for the chair delivery and set up before the delivering agent arrives. Liability issues prevent the moving of any existing furniture. For items requiring electricity, a working outlet must be present and available. If the delivering agent has to reschedule due to the area not being prepared, additional charges will apply.
Removal or disposal of any existing furniture. Unless otherwise noted, the delivering agents will not be able to remove or dispose of any existing furniture due to liability issues. If you need this done, the delivering agent can be contracted for an additional fee at the same time of delivery, but this must be noted at the time of placing order only.
